摘　　要：糖尿病胃肠动力障碍是糖尿病常见的并发症,其机制尚未明确。近年来,越来越多的证据表明,氧化应激与糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展密切相关。本文就氧化应激在糖尿病胃肠动力障碍中的作用作一概述。Diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorder is a common complication of diabetes,its mechanism is not clear.Recently,more and more evidences have demonstrated that oxidative stress plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of diabetes and its complications.In this paper,we reviewed the role of oxidative stress in diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorder.
