Caroli病合并食管胃底静脉曲张内镜下治疗5例临床分析并文献复习

摘　　要：Caroli病合并食管胃底静脉曲张(gastreoesophageal varices,EGV)患者5例均行内镜下治疗,其中套扎治疗1例,余4例食管行硬化剂注射治疗,胃底行组织胶注射治疗。5例患者均完成了治疗后3个月和1年的随访,无再发出血。Caroli病合并EGV行内镜下治疗是有效的治疗方式,具有创伤小,效果好,操作简捷等优点,临床上应强调治疗后感染的预防。Five cases gastroesophaged varices with caroli＇s disease underwent endoscope treatment,endoscopic variceal Ligation was carried in 1 case,endoscopic sclerotherapy and histoacryl glue injection were conducted in other 4 cases simultaneously.The follow-up was completed after 3 months and 1 year treatment.No rebleeding was founded.Endoscopic treatment to gastroesophageal varices in the patients with Caroli＇ s disease is effective and convenient.Antibiotic prophylaxis should be emphasized after endoscopic procedures.
