摘 要:建立了奶粉中16种多环芳烃的气相色谱/质谱测定方法。样品经过乙酸乙酯超声波提取后,用GC/MS分离测定,优化了16种化合物的分离测定条件。结果显示,PAH的在0.005μg/mL^1.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.98,该方法的检出限为0.1μg/kg^5.0μg/kg,空白基质加标3个水平(5、10、50μg/kg)加标回收率为68.5%到107.9%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~18.7%。该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、准确度好、能同时分离测定多种多环芳烃等优点,适用于奶粉中多环芳烃的快速分析测定。A GC-MS/MS method was developed to determine the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in infant formula. In this method, the samples were pretreated by ultrasonic extraction with ethyl acetate and then analyzed on a DB-5MS column. The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.005μg/mL-1.0μg/mL for PAHs with R2〉0.98, and detection limits between 0.1μg/kg-5.0μg/kg. The average recoveries of PAHs varied from 68.5%to 107.9%with the relative standard deviations of 0.1%-18.7%at the spiked levels 5, 10,50μg/kg. The method was easy, quick and had good accuracy and low detection limits. It was satisfied with successfully determination of infant formula samples by this analytical approach.
