摘　　要：在我国特殊的制度环境下,自媒体舆论监督、政府监管部门过程监管和新闻媒体末端反馈成为我国食品安全事件监管的主要手段。构建了自媒体舆论监督食品安全制度体系的博弈模型,并对博弈的均衡条件进行求解。结果表明食品安全事件的监管必须坚持舆论监督、政府监管部门和媒体共同监管。他们之间彼此依赖又相互监督。The system of the special environment in our country, we media supervision by public opinion, government regulation and regulatory ,the news media feedback become the main means of China＇s food safety regulatory events. This paper constructed the media supervision by public opinion of food safety system of game model, and for solving game equilibrium conditions. Results show that the regulatory food safety events must adhere to the supervision of public opinion, government regulators and the media supervision, They depend on each other and mutual supervision between them.
