摘　　要：智慧城市的感知网络、云存储和大规模数据分析能力等优势为食品安全监管带来了新的研究方向。针对现代城市食品安全监管任务,探讨了智慧食品安全监管机制。提出一种监管主体多元化、监管手段多样化、深度结合智慧城市理论与应用的新型食品安全监管体系。The rapid development of intelligent cities brings new research directions to food safety supervision （FSS）,which concerns perception network,cloud storage and capability of large-scale data analysis. Based on exploring intelligent mechanism of FSS,this paper proposes a new system of FSS which is composed of various supervision subjects,diverse means of supervision and deep combination of the theory and application of intelligent cities.
