摘 要:为研究高压水射流技术在隧道开挖过程中的可行性,节省造价和工期,改善作业环境,降低安全风险,阐述了水射流破岩机制的原理,调研了适合隧道水力开挖的关键参数和开挖方法,有针对性地对单独水射流开挖隧道、水射流配合机械开挖隧道和水射流辅助机械开挖隧道3个方案进行了技术、经济效能的分析。通过计算,验证了采用高压水射流配合机械开挖隧道的可行性,认为水射流配合机械开挖隧道更能体现隧道施工的经济性,并能满足施工进度、作业环境和工程风险等方面的要求。The principle of rock cutting by means of water jet is presented, key parameters and methods for tunnel exca- vation by means of water jet are investigated, comparison and contrast is made among 3 water-jet-based tunnel excavation schemes, i. e. , tunnel excavation by means of only water jet, tunnel excavation by mechanical method cooperated by water jet and tunnel excavation by mechanical method assisted by water jet, in terms of technology and economic efficiency. The calculation made verifies the feasibility of tunnel excavation by mechanical method cooperated by water jet. Conclusion is drawn that excavation by mechanical method cooperated by water jet can meet the requirements of the economic efficiency, advance rate, operation environment and risks of tunneling.
