不同程度述情障碍的慢性青光眼患者心理护理需求及干预效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨述情障碍对慢性青光眼患者心理护理需求影响及采用个性化护理干预的效果。【方法】采用多伦多述情障碍量表（TAS‐20）对52例不同程度有述情障碍的慢性青光眼患者的心理护理需求进行调查，有针对性地采取加强心理护理、营养支持、用药护理、健康教育等护理措施并评估其心理需求及干预效果。【结果】高T AS评分组的心理护理总时间、每天心理护理时间、每次心理护理时间、心理护理总频度和每天心理护理频度均明显多于低T AS评分患者。给予有效地护理措施后，患者T AS评分均显著下降，高评分组下降幅度更大（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】应用个性化护理措施，能更好地提高青光眼患者身生活质量。[Objective] To explore the impact of alexithymia on psychological care needs of patients with chronic glaucoma and the efficacy of the individualized care intervention .[Methods] Psychological care needs of patients with chronic glaucoma were surveyed by using Toronto alexithymia scale （TAS‐20） .The directional psychology care ,nutritional support ,medication care ,health education and other nursing measures were taken and strengthened .[Results] The total time of psychological nursing ,the time of psychological nursing every day and every time ,the total frequency and daily frequency of psychological nursing in high TAS score group were obviously higher than those in low TAS score group .After given the effective care measures ,the treat‐ment compliance of patients was obviously increased and the hospitalization time was decreased .[Conclusion]The individualized care measures can improve the quality of life of patients with glaucoma .
