摘　　要：目的探讨Dickkopf-1在喉咽癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的关系。方法选择2008年1月-2013年12月来源于承德医学院附属医院的30例喉咽癌组织和10例喉咽部正常黏膜组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测中组织的Dickkopf-1的表达情况。结果①Dickkopf-1在喉咽癌组织中的阳性表达率（36.67%）,明显低于喉咽部正常黏膜组织（80.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②Dickkopf-1在喉咽癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄和肿瘤大小无关（P〉0.05）。结论 Dickkopf-1在喉咽癌组织中低表达可能与喉咽癌发生有关。Objective To study the expression of Dickkopf-1 in hypopharynx carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between Dickkopf-1 and clinical pathological factors. Methods From January 2008 to December 2013, 30 hypopharynx carcinoma specimens and 10 normal hypopharynx mucosa samples from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College were selected. The expression of Dickkopf-1 in thses samples was examined by SP immunohistochemical method. Results ①The rate of positive expression of Dickkopf-1 in hypopharynx carcinoma was 36.67%, and it was significantly lower than that of normal hypopharynx mucosa（80.00%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ②The expression of Dickkopf-1 in hypopharynx carcinoma wasn＇t related to lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, histological grade, patients＇ clinical classification, patients＇ age, tumor size（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The low expression of Dickkopf-1 in hypopharynx carcinoma may contribute to the carcinogenesis of hypopharynx carcinoma.
