阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法对缺血性脑中风患者重心轴影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法对缺血性脑中风患者重心轴变化的影响。方法:将100例缺血性脑中风患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组采用基础治疗,未作其他相关的康复治疗,实验组在基础治疗上,采用阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法治疗。于治疗前、治疗后28 d,应用B-PHY型平衡功能检测训练系统进行检测:Mean X、Mean Y、Max-X、Max-Y、LSKG、SSKG、LFS体重分布系数和稳定性系数。结果:治疗后与治疗前比较,实验组Mean X、Mean Y、Max-X、Max-Y、LSKG、SSKG、LFS、体重分布系数和稳定性系数均有改善(P<0.05);而对照组LSKG、SI无明显变化,其余各项参数均有所改善(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,Mean X、Mean Y、Max-X、Max-Y、LSKG、LFS、SSKG、体重分布系数和稳定性系数均有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论:阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法有效的提高缺血性脑中风下肢平衡功能。Objective ： To investigate the effect balance fnnetion of Yin-yang meridians acupuncture by reinforcing-reducing with respiration on lower limb function after stroke. Methods ： 100 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly. The control group was not treated and the treatment group treated with traditional techniques of needling Yin-yang meridians by reinforcing-reducing with respiration. Both groups were based on madopar treatment. All patients were assessed with balance system at the beginning of the training and 28 days after treatment. Results ： Compared with control group, there were significant differences in treatment group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Yin-yang meridians acupuncture by reinforcing-reducing with respiration treatment can improve the balance function,
