摘 要:针对高等院校教学质量评估使用的方法缺乏全面性、科学合理性、与实际偏离过大等问题,本文提出一种基于计算机模拟的云模型评估方法,即采用云模型中的逆态云发生器并引入计算机模拟技术模拟专家思维,产生大量的云滴,评估结果的误差将接近正常的理论范围,同时在云模型算法中将虚拟云综合算法和相似比算法结合得出全面细化的评语。以某高等院校教学质量评估实例进行应用,结果表明该方法能克服以往高等院校教学质量评估方法缺点,与实际相符,能够全面科学的对教学质量进行评估。Lacking in comprehensiveness, scientific rationality and the disparity in actual difference in the methods used to assess the quality of teaching in higher colleges, this paper presents a method based on a cloud model to assess computer simulation, which uses the opposite-state cloud generator and introduces computer simulation techniques to simulate experts’ thinking and pro-duce large amounts of cloud droplets, making error of assessment be close to the normal theories. Meanwhile, in the cloud model algorithm, it adopts the combination of virtual cloud synthesis algorithm with similarity ratio algorithm to come up with comprehen-sive and detailed remarks. In the application of teaching quality assessment in one higher college, the results show that the meth-od can overcome the shortcomings of teaching quality assessment, conform to reality and assess the quality of teaching completely and scientifically.
