摘 要:价值创造过程和关键支持过程之间的协调与控制的问题,是经营过程重组理论研究中的一个薄弱点,更是其实际应用中的重点和难点.基于战略定位和战略目标的调整,A公司运用经营过程重组理论并结合公司实际,进行了经营过程重组变革,设计和建立了基于目标管理的绩效管理体系,具体由组织绩效的测度与分析、知识管理系统和组织绩效自身改进系统三个方面构成,作为对价值创造过程与关键支持过程之间的协调与控制的机制,其运行富有成效,为理论研究提供了新的视角,为实践应用提供了成功的案例.How to coordinate and control the value creation process and the key support process is a weak point in the theoretical study;and is even a focus and difficulty in the application.Based on the adjustment of strategic positioning and strategic objectives,company A conducted a business process reengineering by using the business process reengineering theory and combining the reality of the company to design and establish a performance management system in view of objective management.This system includes organizational performance measurement and analysis,knowledge management system and organization performance improvement system.Acting as the coordination and control mechanism between the creation process and key support,it is productive.It will also offer a new perspective for the study of the theory and provide a successful application at the same time.
