摘 要:电化学生物传感器是由生物材料作为敏感元件,电极作为转换元件,以电流或电势为特征检测信号的传感器。作为一种快速、经济、灵敏、操作简单的检测工具,能广泛应用于医疗、食品分析、环境监测等领域。本文介绍了基于DNA损伤机理检测黄曲霉毒素的电化学方法,利用DNA损伤机理,构建一种灵敏、简便的电化学传感器,并应用于食品中黄曲霉毒素的检测。与常用的检测分析方法相比,具有检测快速、灵敏、测试费用低等优点,并对其前景进行了展望。The electrochemical biosensor was a sensor consisted of the biological material as the sensing element, the electrode as the conversion element and taking the current or potential as the characteristic detection signal. As a fast, economical, sensitive and simple detection tool, it can be widely used in medical, food analysis, environmental monitoring and other fields. The electrochemical method for the detection of aflatoxins was described based on DNA damage mechanism, using the mechanism to build a sensitive and easy electrochemical sensor for the detection of aflatoxins in food. Compared with the commonly used detection methods, the electrochemical method had advantages of detecting rapidly, sensitivity, low-cost testing, etc. Its prospects were discussed.
