生活目标、社会支持与大学生人际关系研究——基于预测效应和调节效应

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对某高校275名大学生的生活目标、社会支持和人际关系进行了调查,通过对获得数据的统计分析发现:内部目标能够改善大学生人际关系;外部目标阻碍大学生良好人际关系的建立;社会支持促进大学生人际关系发展;良好的社会支持能够减弱外部目标对大学生人际关系的阻碍作用。研究结果表明:建立正确生活目标导向机制,从家长、同学、教师等多主体协同的角度建立一个良好的社会支持系统,可以有效预防和解决大学生人际关系危机。The study using questionnaires investigates 275 college students’life goal,social Supports and interpersonal relations. Through the data analyzing,we find out：intrinsic goal,social supports could enhance the quality of college students’interpersonal relations and extrinsic goal hinders the establishment of good interpersonal relations;high quality social supports could reduce the detrimental effect of extrinsic goal on college students’interpersonal relations.The result shows that in the practice of coping with college students’interpersonal relation crisis,we should find inner life goal channel mechanism.Seeking the method from the union system of parents,classmates and teachers could solve their interpersonal relation crisis effectively.
