摘　　要：分析了NZ型碾麦机常见故障的原因 ,提出了解决问题的方法 ,找出了影响润麦工艺效果的因素 。This paper analyzes the causes for the common troubles in wheat debranner model NZ, advances some remedies for the problems, finds out the factors affecting the technological results of wheat tempering, and presents the precautions to be taken in the operation and maintenance of the wheat debranner.
