摘  要:CRTSⅠ和CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构在服役期间可能产生损坏,如轨道板破损,高速道岔伤损,砂浆离缝、碎裂,道床沉降超限等,宜根据伤损的不同程度,采用维修或更换两种不同方式修复轨道结构。结合国外高速铁路维修经验,介绍了我国板式轨道局部破损的树脂快速修补、道床沉降的抬板注浆维修等技术;针对轨道部件更换,提出采用材料非线性计算模型进行理论分析,依托索锯设备的研制,形成我国轨道板、充填层和高速道岔的快速更换工法。CRTSⅠ and CRTSⅡ Slab ballastless track structure may be damaged in its service period,such as track slab breakage,high speed switch damage,seam between track slab and mortar layer,broken CA mortar,roadbed settlement overrun,etc. . M aintenance or component-replacing could be used to recover the slab ballastless track structure according to damage degree. Combining with the maintenance experience of foreign high-speed railway,this paper introduced some advanced maintenance technology,such as the resin rapid repair for track structure local damage,plate-lift grouting for roadbed settlement,presented the material nonlinear calculation model for theoretical analysis of track component-replacing,and concluded the rapid replacement method for track slab,CA mortar layer and high speed switch in our country according to cable sawing equipment manufacture.
