摘  要:在非圆行星齿轮液压马达中,有3根相互平行的圆柱形联接销,两端都被芯部组件和壳体的盲孔所包含。联接销在装配时处于密室中,按照现有的正向装配方法,芯部组件在壳体上方,联接销装配难度大。提出了逆向装配的新方法,将壳体调转到芯部组件的上方,进行联接销的装配。根据马达的公差设计,计算了2种方法中联接销及其对应盲孔的最大实体实效尺寸,结果表明联接销的装配工艺性得到有效的改善。开展了对比性的装配试验,结果表明,采用新方法后,该工序的平均时长缩短了70%以上。In non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor, there are three parallel cylindrical connecting pins, both ends of which are contained by the blind holes of core component and housing. These connecting pins are all in a chamber when they were assembled. With the existing positive assembly method, it is difficult to finish the process because the core component is on the upper side of the housing. A new method of reverse assembly is proposed, in which the housing was turned to the upper side of the core component before the pins were assembled. According to the tolerance design of the motor, the maximum entity effective sizes of the connecting pins and the corresponding blind holes in two methods were calculated respectively, and results show that the assembly process of connecting pins has been significantly improved. A comparative test of pins assembly was carried out, and results show that the new method decreases the average length of the process more than 70%.
