摘　　要：以Solid Edge为平台,Visual Basic为工具开发了齿轮传动设计及其参数优化的向导程序,引导用户通过计算初始参数,修改参数建立模型,利用Femap Express模块分析精确齿根弯曲应力,减小参数分析齿根弯曲应力的循环方法对齿轮参数进行优化。系统将Solid Edge的建模功能与有限元分析功能通过二次开发有机结合在一起,实现了齿轮参数的优化。The wizard software platform of Solid Edge by the of gear drive design and parameter Visual Basic tool. This application optimization？was developed on can guide users optimize the parameters by the circling method of getting the primary parameters and diminishing them, analyzing the precise gear root stress, and diminishing parameters again. The system combined modeling and finite element analysis functions of Solid Edge to realize gear parameters optimization.
