摘 要:企业信息系统产生的大量流程日志数据隐藏了一些有用的模式,流程挖掘从控制流、组织、资源等多个视图分析这些数据,发现流程中存在的问题,指导管理人员对流程进行优化。详细总结了近年来流程挖掘在流程优化中的应用,分析了利用流程挖掘优化业务流程的几种典型方法,论述了流程挖掘在改善流程结构、提升组织效率、优化资源配置和检测流程异常等领域的应用,并指出了进一步的研究方向。For the problem that some useful modes were hidden in the massive event logs recorded by process-aware information systems, the process mining could analyze these data from the perspectives of control flow, organization, resource and so on. Thus the existing problems in the process were found, which guided business managers to streamline business processes continually. The application of process mining to process optimization was thoroughly overviewed and some representative methodologies were analyzed. A range of applications in optimizing process structure, organizational efficiency, resource allocation and detecting anomalies were reviewed in detail, and the further research issues were suggested.
