摘 要:本文依据网络关系正式化程度将组织内人际网络区分为正式人际网络与非正式人际网络。依据互惠与网络的耦合将组织内互惠规范区分为成员—成员互惠规范(NMMR)与成员—组织互惠规范(NMOR)。依据知识转移组织化程度将组织内知识转移区分为成员知识转移与成员知识组织化。在此基础上,本研究匹配了各类人际网络、各类互惠规范与各类知识转移活动之间的理论作用关系:在非正式人际网络中,成员的网络特征通过促进NMMR而推动成员间知识转移;在正式人际网络中,互惠性组织控制通过促进NMOR而推动成员知识组织化。此外,本文提出了促进人际网络中知识转移的相关建议。According to the level of formal relationship, the interpersonal network is divided into the informal interpersonal network and the formal interpersonal network. According to the different subjects, the norm of reciprocity is divided into the norm of member-member reciprocity and the norm of member- organization reciprocity. According to the level of knowledge being organized, the knowledge transfer of organization is divided into knowledge transfer between members and knowledge transfer between members and organization. This paper proposes a theoretical relation model among different interpersonal network, different the norm of reciprocity and different knowledge transfer: In informal interpersonal network, the? characters?of network have a positive impact on knowledge transfer between members through promoting the norm of member-member reciprocity; In formal network, the?reciprocal control has a positive impact on knowledge transfer between member and organization through promoting the norm of member-organization reciprocity. This paper also puts forward some suggestions about promoting knowledge transfer of interpersonal network.
