摘　　要：目的：测定猴腿蹄盖蕨根茎总酚、鞣质含量评价及其抗氧化活性。方法采用福林酚试剂-干酪素比色法测定猴腿蹄盖蕨根茎总酚和鞣质含量，利用分光光度法测定其体外抗氧化活性。结果猴腿蹄盖蕨根茎总酚含量为24.61%，鞣质含量为4.59%，总酚和鞣质具有强还原能力以及羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基清除活性。结论猴腿蹄盖蕨根茎总酚及鞣质具有显著的抗氧化活性。Objective To determine the content and to evaluate the antioxidant activity of total polyphenols and tannins from Athyrium multidentatum（Doll.）Ching rhizome. Methods Folin phenol reagent-casein method was used to determine the content of total polyphenols and tannins. Spectrophotometry was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity. Results The content of total polyphenols and tannins was 24.61%and 4.59%, respectively. The total polyphenols and tannins exhibited strong reducing power and hydroxyl radicals/superoxide radicals scavenging capability. Conclusion The antioxidant activity of total polyphenols and tannins from Athyrium multidentatum（Doll.）Ching rhizome is significant and further investigation is deserved in the future.
