摘　　要：介绍碳化硅抗弹陶瓷的结构与性能,论述其制备技术的研究进展,分析碳化硅陶瓷在装甲防护领域的应用现状,并对碳化硅陶瓷应用中存在的问题和今后的发展方向进行总结和展望。The structure and properties of bulletproof ceramic of silicon carbide are introduced. The preparation processes of Si C ceramic are discussed,and its applications in armor protection field are also analyzed. In the end,the existing problems of silicon carbide and future development direction are summarized and prospected.
