竹青竹黄加工利用关键问题的探讨

摘　　要：竹材及竹制品的加工普遍存在着原料利用率低、浪费严重的现象,而竹青和竹黄的特殊化学成分和结构也正是导致这一现象产生的原因之一。从竹青和竹黄的化学组成,竹青、竹黄胶合性能和涂饰性能,竹材保青技术,竹青、竹黄的防腐防霉处理技术以及竹青、竹黄的工业化利用几个方面对竹青、竹黄利用关键技术进行了探讨,旨在为提高竹材的综合利用率、减少资源浪费、增加竹材及其制品的附加值方面提供理论研究基础。The existence of serious waste phenomenon in the processing of bamboo and its products along with the lower,utilization rate of bamboo resulted from the special chemical composition and structure of the the outer and the inner of bamboo.To provide a theoretical basis for the research on the comprehensive utilization of bamboo and increase the added value of bamboo and its products,this paper analyzed the key technologies in aspects of the chemical constituents,improvement of adhesive and painting properties,treatment methods of surface preservation and the utilization in the industry of the outer and the inner of bamboo.
