强迫症患者强迫严重程度与追求完美的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨强迫症患者追求完美的特征及不同强迫程度与追求完美的关系。方法选择76例强迫症患者为研究组,选择同期80例健康志愿者为对照组,采用中文Frost多维度完美主义问卷评定2组被试者追求完美的特征,采用耶鲁-布朗强迫症状量表评定研究组患者强迫症严重程度。结果 2组被试者在追求完美特质上,在个人标准、担心错误、行动的疑虑、父母期望、条理性等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者强迫症严重程度与个人标准(r=0.242,P<0.05)、担心错误(r=0.299,P<0.01)、行动的疑虑(r=0.302,P<0.01)呈正相关。研究组患者担心错误和行动的疑虑对强迫症严重程度有显著正向预测作用。结论强迫症患者表现出担心出现错误、犹豫不决、过分关注细节、不能达到父母的期望等特征,其中,担心错误和行动的疑虑可能是影响强迫症严重程度的2个因素,提示在强迫症心理治疗过程中应根据患者追求完美的特征来制定相应的治疗方案。Objective To explore the personality trait of pursuing perfection of obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD） patients and to investigate the relationship between the severity of OCD and pursuing perfection. Methods Seventy-six patients with OCD were collected as study group, and 80 healthy volunteers were served as control group in the same period. The two groups were both assessed by the Chinese frost multidimensional perfectionism scale to evaluate the pursuing perfection feature, and the study group was assessed by the Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale to evaluate their severity of OCD. Results There were significant differences in personal standards factor, worry about mistakes, doubts of actions, parental expectations and organization factors between the study group and the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. In the study group, there were significant positive correlations between the severity of OCD and personal standards（ r = 0. 242 ,P 〈 0.05 ） , and worry about mistakes（ r = 0.299,P 〈 0.05 ）, and doubts of actions （ r = 0. 302, P 〈 0.05 ）. Also in the study group, worry about mistakes, doubts of actions could positively predict the severity of OCD. Conclusions The personality trait of fear of error, hesitation, too much attention to details and less achievement of parents＇ expectation often appear in the OCD patients. The worry about mistakes and doubts of actions factors may be two factors which will affect the severity of OCD. It hints that the corresponding psychological treatments of OCI） patients should be based on their features of pursuing perfection.
