中山大学“健康广东”项目的经验与启示

摘　　要：通过中山大学实施的"健康广东"项目的介绍,分析该校如何利用自身的教、医、研和校友等资源优势,帮助广东欠发达地区基层医疗服务机构提升服务能力的有效途径和工作模式。认为高等院校在服务基层医疗卫生方面大有可为,特别是在人才培养上,同时指出,高校还应与政府、社会团体、卫生机构形成合力,充分发挥各自优势、整合多方资源,共同促进卫生改革与进步。This article introduces the experience from Healthy Guangdong performed by Sun Yat-sen University and analyzes how the university assists medical service centers in the rural on education, diagnostic strength, research capacity and alumni resources to improve their ability in delivering primary healthcare service. The conclusion of this article is that colleges and universities can make lots of contribution to the primary healthcare service delivery in the rural areas, especially in the training medical and health service personnel. An important implication the article is that the colleges and universities should work together with government, social organization and health institution by making full usage of the respective advantages and integrating all the available resources to form the collaborative force and to promote health reform and progress.
