某军队医院重点学科3年建设成效评估与思考

摘　　要：为促进医院学科发展,某军种总医院于2010年对10个重点学科进行综合评估,在评估基础上制定3年重点学科建设发展规划,作为学科建设纲领,并以资金、制度与组织力量予以落实。2013年再次以同样的评估体系对重点学科进行评估,从评估结果来看,重点学科在3年建设后,实现了良性发展。本文将3年前后的评估指标、评估方法与评估组织实施进行介绍,对评估结果进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。In order to promote the development of the disciplines, a military general hospital held a comprehensive evaluation on ten key disciplines in 2010. Based on the assessment, the hospital made the construction development plan key disciplines for three years. Taking the plan as a platform, the hospital set enough capital, system and organization power to implement. In 2013, the hospital used the same evaluation system to evaluate the same key disciplines. According to the evaluation results, after the construction in three years, the key disciplines realized the benign development. This article introduced the evaluation index, evaluation method and the organization of the assessment. It also analyzed the evaluation results, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
