摘　　要：本文系统综述了企业政治关系的内涵、产生机理以及经济后果方面的相关研究成果,探讨了未来可能进一步拓展的研究方向,以期为推动国内企业政治关系研究的开展,完善社会资源配置机制,理顺政企关系提供参考。In recent years,corporater political relations become a global issue,and have attracted universal attention.This article systematically analyzed the related research results on the connotation,generation mechanism and economic consequences of corporate polotocal relations,and discussed the research direction to corpoarate political relations in the future,in order to promote domestic research on corporate political relations.Only in this way,we can perfect the social resource allocation mechanism and straighten out the relations between government and enterprises.
