摘  要:在生物化学需氧量(BOD)实际测定工作中,受路途等客观条件限制,采集的污水试样无法在规定时间内完成测定,影响了数据的准确性。通过分析不同保存条件下,污水放置时间对BOD5的影响规律,得出冷冻保存为最佳保存方式的结论,并对冷冻保存1~20天污水试样的BOD5测定结果提出技术修正。实验结果表明:冷冻保存可以消除因放置时间长对污水BOD5测定结果产生的误差,提高了BOD5测定结果的准确度,污水BOD5测定值修正结果与采样当天测定值之间的相对标准偏差控制在-5.02%^+5.73%。In practice, the determination of BOD5 can not be completed in the stipulated time, after collecting samples because of objective conditions such as the distant. Via the research of the interference of preservation time on BOD5 under the different storage conditions, this paper puts forward that the freezing method is the best preservation conditions and suggests the technical corrections of BOD5 which is cryopreserved for 1-20 days. The test results show that cryopreservation can eliminate errors, which are caused by long preservation time, and improve the accuracy of determination, the relative percentage deviations of the corrected results and the results which are measured in the sampling day were controlled in -5.02%-+5.73%.
