提升当代师范大学生法律素养问题的思考

摘　　要：提升当代师范大学生的法律素养不仅是要培养一批具有较高法律素养的教育从业者,更是着眼于培养国家现代化事业的合格接班人和中华民族未来的希望。当代师范大学生在法律素养上,应该掌握基本的法律知识,具备良好的法律信仰和权利意识,以及一定的法律思维能力。针对提升当代师范大学生法律素养的目标设置,我们应该把教育法律法规的考核作为申请人民教师资格的基本条件之一,同时也要加强法律素养教师队伍建设,积极开展法律素养教育的第二课堂。Improving the legal Consciousness of the contemporary normal university students is an important significance, it is not only to train a number of qualified teachers, but also provide a hope for the future of the Chinese nation. The contemporary normal university graduates should master the basic law knowledge, estab-lish a good faith of law and the rights awareness, have certain legal thinking ability. We should put the education law as one of the basic conditions to apply to the people＇s teacher qualifications, to strengthen the ranks construction of legal literacy of teachers, and carry out second class of legal literacy education actively.
