摘 要:经历了近三十年的高校高水平运动队,其运行和行政宏观管理都有了比较完善的体制。但各高校的办高水平运动队也都有各自的不同,而高水平运动队队员的文化基础和各项目成绩水平是互不相同和参差不齐,在既不影响其大学学业的基础上又要保证其运动成绩的提高,这给在校大学运动员的学业和运动训练的管理带来很多困难和问题,同时也成了高校高水平运动队提升和发展的瓶颈。文章用矩阵理论和动态的全面的优化管理体系模式来调控高水平运动队在"学"(文化学习)和"业"(运动训练),为优化和管理高校高水平运动队探索和构建一个新的模式。Experienced college sports teams for nearly three decades, its operation and administration of macro-management has a relatively complete system. But every university high-level sports teams has its different, high levels of achievement cultural foundation and individual project level sports team members are different from each other and uneven, in neither affect on the basis of their university studies and to ensure improved athletic performance, which gives management in academic and athletic training college athletes bring a lot of difficulties and problems, but also became a college sports teams upgrading and development bottleneck. In this paper, a comprehensive matrix theory and dynamic optimization management system model to regulate high-level sports teams in the "science" (cultural studies) and the "industry" (exercise training), to optimize and manage high-level college sports teams to explore and construct a new mode.
