摘　　要：加强高校实验技术队伍建设是高校深化实践教学改革的重要环节。本文针对高校实验技术队伍目前存在的问题,提出要根据教育发展的要求,改革和完善实验技术队伍建设的体制和机制。强调在高校实验室建设和发展中,重视实验技术人员的思想和组织建设,不断提高实验技术队伍的整体素质,制定切实可行的有利于实验技术队伍建设和发展的政策和措施,充分调动实验技术人员的积极性,努力提高实验技术人员的实验教学水平和实验技能、实验室管理能力,建立一支技术精湛、善于管理、乐于奉献、勇于创新的高素质实验技术队伍。strengthening the construction of experimental technical team in Colleges and universities is an important part of deepening the reforu of practice teaching in Colleges and universities. In this paper, aiming at the existing problems of experimental technical team in Col]eges and universities, put forward according to the requirements of the development of education, to refbrm and perfect the construction of experimental technique system and mechanism. Emphasis in the construction and development of university laboratory, pay attention to the construction of Ideological and organizational experiment technical personnel, and continuously improve the overall quality of laboratory technician team, formulate feasible policies and measures to facilitate the construction of experimental technique and development, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the technical staff, and strive to improve the technical personnel of experiment teaching level and experimental skills, ability of laboratory management, establish a highly skilled, good management, dedication, innovation, high quality of laboratory technical team.
