摘  要:目的了解广州市番禺区二、三年级小学生第一恒磨牙龋齿患病状况及影响因素,为小学生口腔保健工作提供信息支持。方法分层整群抽取番禺区14所小学二、三年级学生共5 632名进行口腔健康行为问卷调查,并对第一恒磨牙的发育和健康状况进行调查。结果二、三年级小学生第一恒磨牙患龋率为26.8%,龋均达0.167,充填率仅为17.1%。学生口腔卫生相关知识知晓率和口腔卫生习惯整体不好,且无龋学生口腔卫生相关知识知晓率和口腔卫生习惯持有率均明显高于有龋学生(P值均<0.05)。结论广州市番禺区二、三年级小学生第一恒磨牙龋齿情况较严重。应通过多种方式进行口腔健康宣教,指导学生养成有益于口腔健康的行为习惯。Objective To investigate the first permanent molars and associated factors among grade 2-3 students of Guangzhou Panyu District, and to provide information for oral health among primary school students. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method, 2-3 primary students in Panyu District were selected. First permanent molars and oral health habits were investigated. Prevalence of dental caries of first permanent molars, oral health-related knowledge and behaviors was analyzed. Results The caries rate of the first permanent molars was 26.8%, average caries reached 2.306. Children had poor oral health related knowledge and habits. The awareness of oral health-related knowledge and oral hygiene habits among caries-free student were significantly better than the caries students (P〈0.05). The prevalence of dental caries was negatively related with oral health-related knowledge and positively related with oral hygiene habits. Conclusion Dental caries in first permanent molars remains a serious problem in primary students of Guangzhou Panyu District. Apart from pit-and-fissure sealants, other effective preventive methods should be applied in dental practice including dental health education.
