摘　　要：目的综合评价我国儿童青少年跌落伤害发生情况,为预防儿童青少年跌落伤提供依据。方法系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普信息资源系统及PubMed数据库,收集2002—2012年收录的有关我国儿童青少年跌落伤害发生率的文献,采用Meta分析合并发生率,按照性别、城乡、研究地区和伤害标准进行亚组分析,并对结果行敏感性分析和发表偏倚的评价。结果共筛选出符合标准文献57篇,总样本量为755 934人,跌落伤发生率为6.5%（95%CI：4.7%～8.9%）。亚组分析显示,跌落伤发生率男、女童分别为10.2%,6.8%;城市、农村分别为6.8%,6.6%;东部、中部、西部地区分别为5.5%,6.3%,14.3%,性别、城乡、地区间差异均有统计学意义（P值均〈0.05）。不同伤害标准之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。经敏感性分析显示,文献质量和研究类型对结果改变不大。结论我国儿童青少年跌落伤害发生率在性别、城乡、研究地区间存在差异。Objective Using the method of Meta-analysis to comprehensive evaluate fall injuries incidence among children and adolescents in China, in order to provide evidence for preventing fall injuries. Methods Searching CNKI, WangFang database, CBM, VIP and PubMed database to collect the studies that were included between 2002 and 2012 about the fall injuries incidence among children and adolescents in china. The pooled incidence was estimated using Meta-analysis and analyze the difference between sex, urban/rural, research region and injury standards. Sensitivity analysis and Publication bias was performed. Results Fifty-seven studies were selected with a total sample size of 755 934.The pooled incidence of fall injuries was 6.5% （95%CI：4.7% -8.9%） .Subgroup analysis showed the following results： 10.2% and 6.8% for boys and girls, 6.8% and 6.6% for urban and rural, 5.5%, 6.3% and 14.3%for eastern, central and western region, the incidence between different injury standards were not statistically significant. Sensitivity analysis showed that the quality and the type of search affected the result little. Conclusion The fall injuries incidence among children and adolescents has differences in sex. urban/rural, research region in china.
