摘　　要：目的：观察老年牙髓病的特点及治疗。方法选取2013年1月-2014年2月收治的30例老年牙髓疾病患者临床资料进行分析。结果30例老年牙髓疾病患者经治疗27例治愈，3例无效。结论老年人发生的牙髓变性主要有钙化变性和牙内吸收，常用方法干髓术或塑化治疗术。Objective The characteristics and treatment of elderly patients with endodontic disease to be observed. Methods Analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 30 cases of elderly patients with endodontic disease who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to February 2014. Results Al 30 cases, there are 27 cases of patients cured,while,the other 3 cases are ineffective. Conclusion Pulp degeneration occurs in elderly patients with endodontic disease is mainly calcification degeneration or teeth absorb, the general way to cure it is mummification or plasticizing therapy.
