摘  要:基于一种压电材料——PVDF压电薄膜,设计了一种新型的微力传感器,从PVDF微力传感器的原理、设计、标定等过程进行详细研究。采用电荷放大器对PVDF受力产生的感应电荷进行放大,经过电荷放大器后产生电压信号,再经过第二级电压放大电路对信号进行进一步放大,采用MATLAB/Simulink模块通过PCI-6221对数据进行采集,通过用MATLAB对采集的数据进行最小二乘拟合。经过实验测试,验证了该微力传感器测试系统具有较高的精度和灵敏度。Based on a kind of piezoelectric materials - PVDF piezo films, we designed a new kind of micro force sensor. We made a detailed research on the following several aspects, the principle of the PVDF micro force sensor, the processing of how to de- sign and how to calibrate. We used the charge amplifier to amplify the charge signal produced by the PVDF micro force sensor and got the voltage signal after the charge amplifier. We amplified the voltage signal through the secondary voltage amplification circuit, used MATLAB/Simulink software to collect the data by PCI -6221 produced by TI company and used MATLAB to process the data by the method of least squares fitting. Through the experimental tests, the high precision and sensitivity of the micro force sensor system are verified.
