摘  要:针对当前国内非线性晶体温度控制精度不高的问题,设计了基于DSP TMS320F28335控制核心的非线性晶体温度测量与控制系统.硬件上采用基于铂电阻的桥式测量电路、精密仪表运放IN114与16位A/D转换器提高测温精度,利用驱动芯片MAX1968对半导体制冷器进行驱动;软件上采用分段PID控制算法来提高控温精度与速度.试验结果表明:该系统具有良好的控温精度和稳定性:在0 ~55℃,控温精度达±0.002℃;系统启动后达到稳定的对间小于3 min.Aimed at the problems of the temperature control system for nonlinear crystals, such as low precision, a solution for high-precision temperature control system based on DSP( TMS320F28335 ) was proposed. In order to improve the measurement pre- cision, this system used a bridge circuit based on platinum resistances, instrumentation amplifier IN114 and a A/D converter with 16 resolutions. The driving chip MAX1968 drove the semiconductor cooler, and the algorithm of segment-PID was adopted to im- prove the control precision and speed. The results show that the system has strong stability and high temperature adjusting speed. Within the temperature range from 0 ℃ to 55 ℃ ,The temperature control precision is less than :t: 0. 002 ℃. After the system start, it can reach steady within 3 minutes.
