大学生谦虚心理与主观幸福感关系研究

摘　　要：探讨谦虚心理与主观幸福感的相关关系,为主观幸福感领域的进一步研究注入新鲜的血液。方法:运用大学生谦虚心理问卷和主观幸福感问卷中对南昌市4所高校的438名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:谦虚心理与主观幸福感存在显著的正相关关系,相关系数高达0.542。谦虚倾向、谦虚效应、谦虚防御、谦虚真诚及谦虚规范五维度与主观幸福感的生活满意和正性情感呈显著的正相关(相关系数在0.249-0.437),与负性情感呈显著的负相关。谦虚心理对主观幸福感有着显著的解释力。结论:谦虚心理能有效地预测主观幸福感,是主观幸福感的积极影响因素。The paper aims to investigate the relationship between psychological modesty and subjective happiness, which is to help extend further research on subjective happiness. The research is based on two Questionnaires：College Students Modesty （CSMQ） and Subjective Happiness Questionnaires to 438 college students from four colleges and universities in the city of Nanchang. The result shows that there is significant positive correlation between psychological modesty and subjective happiness. The correlation coefficient is as high as 0.542. The five dimensions of psychological modesty are modesty inclination, modesty effect, modesty defense, humility sincerity and modesty norm, which are positively associated with life satisfaction and positive effect of subjective happiness（0.249-0.437） and negatively correlated with negative emotion. The psychological modesty had significant explanatory power on subjective happniess. A conclusion can be drawn that Psychological modesty can effectively predict subjective happiness, which is the positive impact factor for subjective happiness.
