摘 要:针对大学生就业难问题,国内学者提出了诸多分析和建议,这些分析基本上厘清了问题出现的原因,但违约现象的出现不是一个个单独的原因造成的,全面衡量分析毕业生和用人单位违约的内在原因才是解决的首要方面,二者之间不仅仅有着经济契约,还有彼此构建的心理契约,心理契约在双方之间是否能够达到均衡是违约是否出现的一个重要因素。为此基于心里契约的视角对高校毕业生在就业难的情况下出现的就业违约现象进行心理契约机理分析,进而建立有效沟通机制,实现心理契约的动态均衡,从而减少就业违约现象,就具有重要的现实意义。In order to solve the difficulties ofcoUege students' employment, a lot of analysis has been made by domestic scholars, in which the cause of this phenomenon has been pointed out to some extent. But this phenomenon is not caused by single reason. So it is essential to comprehensively analyze why the graduates and the work units who have both economic and psychological contract, break the contract, psychological contract is a key factor in balancing both sides and it decides whether default will appear or not. Therefore it is significant to analyze breach of contract in graduates' employment under the circumstance of low employment from the perspective of psychological contract and to establish an effective communication mechanism to achieve a dynamic equilibrium of psychological contract and thus to reduce default.
