摘  要:校园专场招聘会中存在着求职与求才适配性的问题。这一问题体现在单位求才难与毕业生实现求职难的"两难"并存的困境上。究其原因,主要是用人单位在招聘准备、招聘要求、招聘过程及招聘人员方面存在问题,高校毕业生培养质量有待提升和毕业生择业观、职业素养都需改善。为实现求职与求才适配性,用人单位应在招聘会准备与提升招聘会效率上下功夫,高校应以单位人才需求为导向致力于提升人才培养质量,毕业生应转变择业观念努力提升自身综合素质与职业素养。There is a problem of adaptation of job hunting and recruitment in job fair on campus. This problem is reflected on the dilemma of difficulty of recruitment for employers and difficulty of looking for a job for graduates coexist. The main reason is that there are problems with the employer in recruitment preparation and recruitment requirements and recruitment process and recruiter. In addition, college graduates quality needs to be improved and concept of employment, occupation accomplishment should be improved. In order to realize adaptation of job hunting and recruitment, employers should make great efforts to make preparations for recruitment and improve efficiency of recruitment, colleges and universities should take the employer's demand as guidance and making effort to improve the quality of talent training. Graduates should change their concepts and strive to improve their own comprehensive quality and occupation accomplishment.
