豆制品中钼的分析研究

摘　　要：采用WFX-1型原子吸收分光光度计对大豆及豆制品中钼进行了测定研究,结果表明:大豆及豆制品中钼的含量丰富,对人体有益。The determination of the Mo contents in Soyean and Bean-product by using Z-8000 atomic absorption spectrometrywas described. The result obtained indicated that high amount of Mo were embodied in bean and bean-products. Mo wasreported the health function for longevity and intelligence development.
