TLA改性沥青及沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘　　要：以埃索70号沥青作为基质沥青,以不同掺量的TLA制备改性沥青,采用动态剪切流变仪和低温弯曲梁流变仪对TLA改性沥青的流变性进行分析,制备AC-13C型TLA改性沥青混合料,并对其路用性能进行研究。试验结果表明:TLA能改善沥青结合料的高温稳定性,车辙因子和黏度均随着TLA掺量的增加而不断增加,在提高沥青结合料的高温稳定性的同时,其低温性能也有所降低;随着TLA掺量的增加,S值变大而m值减小,TLA改性沥青胶浆的S值与TLA掺量的关系可采用指数函数回归模型来表示,而m值随TLA掺量增加呈线性减小;基质沥青经TLA改性后,其高温稳定性、水稳定性和疲劳性能得到明显改善,TLA改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能。The modified asphalt of different contents of TLA are prepared by taking ESSO 70#asphalt as the base asphalt, the rheological characteristics of modified asphalts are studied based on dynamic shear rheometer （DSR） and low temperature bending beam rheometer （BBR） tests, and preparing TLA modified AC-13C asphalt mixture to study its pavement performance. The test results indicate that： TLA can improve the high temperature stability of asphalt binder, rutting factor and viscosity increase with the increasing of TLA content, the high temperature stability of asphalt binder is enhanced, while the low temperature performance is declined slightly; creep stiffness modulus（S） becomes larger and creep rate（m） value decreases with the increase of TLA contents, exponential regression model could well reflect the relationship between creep stiffness modulus of TLA modified asphalt binder and the TLA content, and creep rate decreases linearly with the increase of TLA content; the high temperature stability, water stability and fatigue performance has been significantly improved after the base asphalt modified by TLA; TLA modified asphalt mixture has excellent pavement performance.
