摘 要:对长沙某二元结构土层中一个地铁车站明挖基坑对周边高层建筑的影响进行分析,首先,介绍工程地质条件、周边建筑情况、基坑施工及监测方案;然后,分析连续墙的侧移和坑外沉降,并重点分析高层建筑的沉降、变形的历程和特点。与软土地区的多层建筑的沉降相比,高层建筑的沉降受周边连续墙的施工和坑内降水的影响很小;建筑物的沉降小于邻近地表沉降,且出现了转动和隆起;建筑物的沉降、变形与建筑的长宽比、距基坑的距离呈一定的正比关系。The responses of adjacent high buildings to a deep excavation of subway station constructed by open -cut method in dual structure soil of Changsha were analyzed .First, the subsurface conditions , adjacent buildings , excavation scheme and monitoring project were introduced .Next, the lateral displacements of diaphragm wall and settlements outside the excavation were analyzed; the settlement and characteristics of inclination and deformation of high buildings were analyzed emphatically .Compared with the settlement law of multistory buildings in soft clay , the settlement of high buildings showed that there were less impact on the construction of diaphragm wall and dewatering inside the excavation; building settlements were less than those of the surface; there were rotations and rise on the buildings;there were some proportional relations between the distances of the buildings to the excavation , length-width ratios, and settlements, deformations.
