摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌合并神经系统副肿瘤综合症(paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes,PNS)的临床特点。方法回顾性分析1例胃癌合并PNS的临床病理资料。结果 PNS可以表现为感觉、运动及意识状态等多方面功能障碍,相应的影像学检查可无异常。结论 PNS极为罕见,临床表现复杂,提高认识有利于早期诊断。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of paraneoplastic neurological syndrome （ PNS） .Methods The clinical and radiological information of 1 patient with PNS and gastric cancer was retrospectively studied .Results PNS could be manifested as disorders of feelings ,movements and consciousness ,and the imaging examination was normal .Conclusion PNS is very rare and has complicated clinical symptoms .Further understanding of PNS is helpful for the early diagnosis .
