摘　　要：目的探讨消化系统原发性原始神经外胚层瘤的临床病理特点及治疗方法和预后。方法回顾性分析5例经病理检查确诊的消化系统PNET患者的临床资料。结果 1例行手术+化疗,2例行单纯手术治疗,1例行单纯化疗,1例DSA下行肝动脉栓塞术,平均生存时间为7.36个月。结论 PNET发生于消化系统少见,恶性程度高,确诊需依赖病理及免疫组化结果,临床治疗以手术联合放疗与化疗的综合治疗为主,预后差。Objective To explore clinicopathological features ,treatment and prognosis of primary primitive neuroectoder-mal tumor （ PNET） in the digestive system .Methods Clinical data of 5 cases of PNET in the digestive system that were diag-nosed by pathologic examination were analyzed retrospectively .Results 1 patient received surgery and chemotherapy ,2 patients-received surgery alone ,1 received chemotherapy alone ,and 1 received hepatic artery embolization under DSA .The average surviv-al time was 7.36 months.Conclusion PNET is a rare occurrence in digestive system with high degree of malignancy .It is diag-nosed by pathology and immunohistochemistry , and is mainly treated by comprehensive treatment of surgery , radiotherapyand chemotherapy .The prognosis is poor .
