摘　　要：太阳能电池测试分选设备用于晶体硅太阳能电池的性能测试和自动分选。介绍了中国电子科技集团公司第四十八研究所开发的全自动晶体硅太阳能电池测试分选设备的系统构成,重点对该设备的运动控制系统进行描述。在该设备中,以进口可编程控制器(PLC)为核心,通过采用高精度运动控制模块实现对分选机各功能部件的高精度运动控制。Solarcelltesting and sorting equipm entforcrystalline silicon solarcellperform ance testand autom atic sorting.This paper introduces the system structure ofthe firstautom atic crystalsilicon solar cell testing and sorting equipm ent developm ent C hina Electronic Technology G roup C orporation forty-eighth R esearch Institute,m ainly fora description ofthe equipm entofthe m otion controlsystem .
