摘  要:为了研究密胺餐具甲醛与蒸发残渣的迁移规律,从而提高日常生活中人们对密胺餐具的使用了解。随机抽取10个市售密胺餐具品牌,根据国标规定对其进行品质分析,选取合格和不合格的密胺餐具各1个品牌在不同条件下进行浸泡,分别采用盐酸苯肼分光光度法和旋转蒸发法对甲醛单体和蒸发残渣迁移量进行测定。结果表明:所检测的10个市售密胺餐具品牌,合格率仅为30%,其中甲醛单体与三聚氰胺两项指标超标最为严重;随着浸泡时间的延长,温度的升高,甲醛单体与蒸发残渣的迁移量也随之增加,并且高温对其影响大于时间因素,当温度超过70℃时,甲醛与蒸发残渣迁移量增加幅度明显提高;表面划痕程度越大,两种迁移量越多;优质密胺餐具甲醛与蒸发残渣迁移量明显低于劣质产品;重复试验表明,密胺餐具初次浸泡时甲醛迁移量最大,并随着时间的延长而逐渐减小。The purpose of this study was to investigate the migration quantity of formaldehyde monomer and evaporation residue in melamine tableware and thus increase the knowledge of melamine tableware everyday using. Ten different brands of melamine tableware were randomly drawn from market and analyzed according to the national standard. The migration of formaldehyde monomer and evaporation residue of the qualified and unqualified melamine tableware soaked under different conditions were analyzed by phenylhydrazine hydrochloride spectrophotometric method and rotary evaporation method respectively. The results showed that only 30% of melamine tableware tested meets the national standards. The main problems were that the excessive migration of formaldehyde monomer and melamine. The migration quantity of formaldehyde monomer and evaporation residue increased with the rising of immersion temperature and lengthening of soaking time at specific temperature. The effects of the temperature on both migrations were greater than the time. When the temperature exceeded 70℃, both formaldehyde monomers migration and evaporation residue increased significantly. The greater the degree of surface scratches, the bigger the amount of migration. Both migrations of the quality product were lower than that of the inferior product. Repeated tests showed that the migration of formaldehyde monomers from melamine tableware soaked for the first time was the maximum. It decreased progressively along with the increase in soaking times.
