浅谈重竞技项目后备人才培养存在的主要问题及成因分析

摘　　要：随着社会的进步,竞技体育在人们心中的地位不断提高,在当今世界上,竞技体育不仅是科学技术和综合实力的竞争,也是人才的竞争。而竞技体育要发展,其先决条件是应培养出大量的体育后备人才。因此,竞技体育后备人才的培养越来越显示出其重要性。在整体竞技体育后备人才培养体系中,县市级竞技体育后备人才培养是竞技体育发展的源头和根基。结合县级体校重竞技项目发展的实际情况。With the progress of the society , competitive sports continued to improve in status of people .In today＆#39;s world, competitive sports is not only the competition of science and technology and comprehensive strength , but also a talent competition .And to the development of competitive sports , the prerequisite is to cultivate a large number of sports reserve talented person .Therefore, the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talented person get more and more importance .In the overall competitive sport backup talent cultivation system , the sports reserve personnel training at country -level is the foundation and source of competitive sports development . In combination with the practical situation of county -level talent weigthlifting and combat sports development , this paper analyzes the existing problems of current sports schools at the county level of competitive sports reserve personnel training.
