广州市中学体育教师继续教育现状调查与对策

摘  要:目的:调查广州市中学体育教师继续教育现状,摸清体育教师在教学、训练与科研工作中最迫切需要提高知识和能力,进而在体育高师院校开展有针对性的继续教育课程。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等,对广州市的10个区的教育部门工作的干部、学校的领导和体育教师进行了调查,并对多位高校体育教育专家进行访谈,对采集的数据进行数理统计与分析。结果显示:体育教师男女性别失衡,高级职称偏少,年龄结构比较合理;急需提高中学体育教师转变教育思想,迫切需要提高体育教育在中学的地位,引起领导的重视,增加继续教育经费等,促使中学体育教师提高水平和能力。建议与对策:提出深化认识、转变思想观念,增加和拓宽经费、编著教材和拓展培训形式的对策。To survey the present situation of Guangzhou middle school physical education teacher continuing education , find out the physical education teachers in the teaching , training and scientific research work in most urgent need to improve the knowledge and ability , and in the physical education in Higher Normal Institutions targeted continuing education courses .Method: Through using the method of literature review , questionnaire , expert interview , mathematical statistics and so on , the 10 districts of Guangzhou City Department of education work of the cadres , school leaders and teachers were investigated , and a number of college physical education interviews with experts , the collection of data for statistics and analysis .Results:The results showed that physical education teachers gender imbalance , senior slants little , age structure more reasonable; we need urgently to enhance the middle school physical education teachers to change the concept of education , there is an urgent need to improve physical education in the secondary position , cause the leader's attention, increase the continuing education fund , to improve the level and ability of physical education teachers in middle schools . Suggestions and Countermeasures: it puts forward to deepen understanding , change idea, increase and widen funds, edited teaching materials and training to expand the countermeasure of form .
