摘　　要：高校贫困大学生是当前大学生群体中的弱势群体,存在一些心理不和谐问题。培养大学生心理和谐,需要在优化校园和谐环境、完善贫困生多维资助体系、重视心理和谐教育方面作为着力点加强和完善高校贫困大学生心理和谐品质的培育机制。积极吸纳庄子心理和谐思想,提高贫困大学生的自身修养与人生境界,以此为核心与主线去构建与完善心理和谐品质的塑造路径,实现贫困大学生的心理和谐。Impoverished university students are vulnerable members among the current university students, and have some psychological disharmony problems. To train university students＇ psychological harmony, we should enhance and improve the training system of impoverished university students ~ psychological harmony from the below key points：optimizing harmonious environment in universities,improving multidimensional funding system for impoverished university students and emphasize the psychological harmony education. We should take two points as the core and main method to build and perfect the training way for psychological harmony quality. One is to assimilate psychological harmony thought of Chuang--Tzu aetively^the other is to im- prove the university students~ self--cultivation and realm of life.
