摘　　要：高等教育步入大众教育后我国成为世界上规模最大的高等教育,因教育而产生的纠纷日益增多。由于各种教育纠纷各有其特点,所以,针对不同类型纠纷,建立完善的多元教育法律救济体系,落实依法治校,是依法治国的必然要求。After stepped into mass education, China higher education became the world＇s largest higher education. The education legal dispute was gradually increasing. Because of the variety of educational disputes having different characteristics,base on the characteristics for different types of dispute,establishing and improving the legal relief system for diversity education,legal administrating the university was the inevitable requirement for governing the country according to law.
