摘 要:目的了解风险沟通在线培训工具的实用性,探讨卫生行政人员进行网上学习与在线培训存在的问题及解决办法。方法对2012年度国家省级风险沟通培训班学员采取问卷调查与定性访谈相结合的调查方法。结果调查2012年度参加国家风险沟通培训班学员88人,其中男性70人,女性18人;学员认为风险沟通在线培训工具较为实用,体现在工具包设计合理、结构清晰,便于全面理解(95.5%);培训课程中提供的工具与案例在实际工作中可以参照(54.5%)。77.3%调查对象不喜欢网络在线工具包学习方式,原因是没有培训班印象深刻(75.0%)和缺乏案例教学引导(72.7%);97.7%调查对象认为组织培训将有利于工具包的理论得到更好的理解,愿意选取的形式多为现场指导(65.9%);63.6%调查对象认为应纳入继续教育学分制,要求各级应急与健康教育人员必须网上学习是将基层广泛推广该工具包的有效方法。结论国内开展风险沟通在线培训的学习模式仍处于起步阶段,存在一些障碍,在开发推广的过程中需注重互动性与易操作性、在线学习与线下培训指导现结合,要与相关的激励机制相结合,才能推动网络工具包的应用。Objective To understand the practicability of an adapted risk communication online training toolkits and explore obstacles and solutions to online.learners engaged in public health management.Methods To combine questionnaires survey and qualitative research method among trainees in "2012 national risk communication online training".Results 88 participants attended national training course were investigated including 70 male and 18 female.Most of trainees (95.5%) responded that the toolkits is useful with a reasonable design,clear structure and understandable context;54.5% of respondents believed that the tools and foreign cases were referral to their practice,77.3% interviewees dislike to use the online toolkits because the learners think it' s not so impressive (75.0%),demonstrative with case study (72.7%) as compared with on-site training,which they believe more understandable (97.7%) in term of learning relevant theories,and 65.9% of them prefer to the trainers to give field guidance.63.6% recommend the on-line training be credited with continued teaching score system in order to push the grass-roots health emergency and health education staff to learn at large scale.Conclusion It' s just at beginning stage to provide training via on-line toolkits in risk communication area and undoubtedly confronted with some barriers,so it needs to adapt a more interactive and operable process in developing the toolkits combined with off-line training and guidance,incentive mechanism so as to popularize the application in the future.
